Product Managers Association of Los Angeles - Annual Conference Keynote

Who knew by 2025 standards we’d be dabbling in what now feels like controversial territory, but the 2019 Product Manager Association of Los Angeles conference was all about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Ethan Cole and Miles Montes recruited me to do the keynote - what an honor. My talk focused on three layers of DEI: 1. reflecting on your own personal experience and observations; 2. bringing the best from your diverse team; 3. bringing products to market considering how to create more equitable access and inclusion to more corners of society.
